I bought a 980TI which comes with Tomb Raider, the very next day the free game turned into The Division. I asked if I could get The Division instead and they got me a code that night. I was out of the valid date period so they couldn’t have said it was out of their hands but they gave me one anyway!

Not sure what to make of this place… on one hand the prices are cheap but on the other hand the service isn’t the best from my experience.
I received an email advertising a CPU to be on special offer so as I was nearby I decided to pop in to purchase. I was told that I was unable to buy as they are now not selling at that price as they had sold out. So when asked when back in stock I was told they have them in stock just not at the advertised reduced price. Very misleading! I feel as though they put the cheap prices online to tempt you in on the hope that you will still purchase at the higher price…
I will probably purchase from them in the future for their prices but not the service.

After buying a hard drive and receiving a dead unit i‘m now being told I
have to wait ten days for the unit to be tested when I was told it
would be three days.
The fact the drive was sent in sub standard packaging will indicate the reason for failure!
Worst service I have ever experienced. The staff
have a don‘t give a f*** attitude, never return E-​mails and are
generally un-​helpfull. I will never be using Aria again, Disgusted !!

I had a dreadful experience with this company, from my experience my advice would be not to order anything if you need something delivered to another address. e. g gift etc.
I ordered a netbook, they took payment and because I wanted it delivered to another address they asked for a security check which is fair enough. (but they take full payment before asking for the security check!)
I provided them with what they asked for in terms of copies of document which are a pain to have to scan and did not hear anything. had to phone up again to be told that I had not passed the security check and «They now had no stock anyway»
It was a present for someone so you can guess how I felt which I had only 2 days to source from somewhere else.
AND I still don’t have my money back which I will probably have to spend time chasing
I emailed their customer services manager to complain and he did not even have the decency to respond.
A very very poor customer experience, be careful !

This place is really good value for money when it comes to buying parts for ur computer
They are a lot cheaper than pc world
They provide a mail order service too
They have good knowledgeable staff that know what they talking about.
