Costa

I went to this Costa today while being in Cheetham Hill to pick up a game across the way — I am not the biggest fan of Costa but still some stores are okay — This one is far from it.
When I arrived in the store, I was greated by a member of staff who spoke very poor English, I had to repeat everything a good number of times, which was very irritating.
Eventually when I got my drink, I was given a cardboard holder for it and went to my car, They must of been a whole in the drink somewhere as even when staying still, I was getting soaked and my drink was boiling hot as well with no milk.
I ordered a Hot Spice Apple and it was a nice drink — It could of been better however especially by giving me a cup that wont scold me.
My friend ordered an iced coffee with coffee and caramel, and he didn’t enjoy it, the server told me she would blend it and I never heard the blender, instead it was just a layer of milk and a layer of the coffee, I have had that done from previous branches of Costa and if it is anything like previous experiences when that happened, I have to agree with him that is dreadful.
I have to give this store one star because the staff were very poor and because of the problem with the cup and the two drinks my friend and I ordered, not being of fantastic quality.

It a costa, not really must to say. The coffee is … well … bittter, burnt and dead (yet I sill drink it? Maybe I’m the one with the problem here?) the food comes in a packet and was made a few hundred miles away and is the same no matter where you go.
Costa — it all about being the same from one city to the next — like all off the big 3 consistently is the key.
If you need a coffee fix, and you are on the front. This plac1e is a good bet.
