I have been here once before and I thought this time I’ll order over the phone since they deliver for free(min. £10 though!). Funny thing is that I don’t live far away from nom noms but it was a runny&cold day — and to be honest I couldn’t be bothered. Called them at 9 pm(was a late dinner :-/) and the guy on the phone said it won’t take longer than 40 min to deliver. Big lie! 1.5 hours later —- nothing! No food… I was so disappointed with their service after I’ve called them twice and their ridiculous response was: «The delivery boy is just on his way». Yeah right. I had to cancel my order. Result: I was an unhappy customer.
