I hired Dandy Events for chair covers, chair bows, table runners, table clothes and napkins, my wedding June 2010 and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
We spent a lot of money with Dandy Events and when we collected the tables clothes, runners and napkins, 2 days before the wedding we found them to be dirty and all different shades.
After contacting them to sort it out, we were confronted with aggression, excuses and T&C’s thrown in our face.
Really poor quality and customer service. No follow up, apology or refund offered.
We had been told later by the wedding venue that they have experienced the same problems with Dandy many times and they have been warned.
