Super traditional country pub out in the sticks of Norwich (which itself is the sticks) that dates back to 1836. They have a couple of the mass produced beers on tap — Fosters, Kronenbourg, etc — as well as the latest offerings from Adnams plus a cooler full of various bottled beers. And of course a full bar.
I’ve been here a couple of times for dinner and been quite pleased. The jazz night can be tolerated if you sit far enough away, but the two-​for-​one steak night is a total winner. More money for beer!
Service is, of course, excellent. We’ll be back.
