Chosen because they would deliver to the hotel where I was staying. I used one of the aggregator sites, so I filled in the webpage to make my selections. No pronunciation issues. No messed up orders. No waiting on hold. It specifically said that delivery time would be about 45 minutes. It was a lot longer than that — 90 minutes. When it arrived, each item was neatly packed in individual containers. However it was barely even warm. I was not happy.
Also, no cutlery or plates? Not even a single spoon or a fork. If they had offered it during the checkout process, I’d have paid for them!
