Located at the top of St. Stephens, just passed Iceland supermarket follow the path round until the PDSA chairty shop. You then head in to the car park stair well and lifts and take the steps up to the next level.
It’s such a bizarre setting but once you are seated you will soon forget where you are located. The buffet was the first all you can eat chinese food restaurant in the city.
With lunch time service for a reduced rate has some delish dishes and a full more extensive menu in the evening.
It’s not great value if your are fussy or veggie.
There is even dessert which consists of different ice cream and fresh fruit.
They have a nice fish tank to muse over while you wait for a table to become free.
They also have a massive treasure chest full of mints to grab on the way out.

I have eaten here on many occasion, its hidden away which makes it feel like a guilty secret, its above a carpark so not visible from the ground. The staff do table service and the place is always bustling, very clean toilets and nice central spot.

This is another favourite chinese ‘eat as much as you like’ buffet my girls and I love to go to in Norwich. It’s in the middle of a multi storey carpark at the top of St Stephens street and I take my children there for a treat if we’ve been shopping in the centre of Norwich.
This is smaller than the one at Riverside but it offers just as much in variety of foods.
Their prices are also a little more cheaper than Riverside but whenever we’ve been here we have always had to wait for a table to become available as it’s always really busy.
They are continuously topping up the food which is great and they also serve a variety of fruit and ice creams for dessert. They only have cooked foods available here unlike the resturant at Riverside.
This has more of a cosy feeling to it and have never had any complaints when eating out here.
The prices are excellent and if you don’t mind the wait for a table then I really suggest you go here for a meal as it’s lovely and it doesn’t cost alot.

have always known this place existed but has took 10 years to finally venture in. on making where there through a dingy car park it is a surprise when reach resteraunt. quite large inside has sofas as a waiting area but the few times ive been never had to wait for a table. the all you can eat buffet is in 3 sections the usual starters, main and puddidng. all seperate meal choices are labelled as to what it is and have always found well stocked as staff fill up as get low. has a drinks license so can have wine beer etc with meal which was nice. bein all you can eat buffet can go up and up and up again especially great if you have a big appetite found it worked out cheaper coming here than takeaway prices. a very popular resteraunt used often for works partys

This is a chinese all you can eat buffet restaurant that has a strange location on the middle floor of the Multi Storey car park on St Stephens.
Once inside, it is huge with loads and loads of tables which are really needed because it is very very popular.
You pay a fixed price, which is lower for lunch than it is for evenings, and then you can go up to the buffet as many times as you like. Staff are always happy to give you a clean plate so you never need to fill a dirty plate.
They keep bringing out a really good selection of chinese food so it is always hot and fresh, and there is a selection of rice dishes, noodle dishes, meat and vegetable dishes, as well as bits like prawn toast, spring rolls and soup.
for pudding there is fresh fruit to make a fruit salad and ice cream, and you will never leave here hungry.
It is wise to book if you want to go at the weekend, or if you have a big group.
Décor is basic, but serviceable, and of course car parking is available in the multi storey, but you do have to pay for this.

This is another All you can eat chinese buffet resturant in Norwich which is again very popular. It is situated in the middle of a multi storey car park at the top of St Stephens Street/​Queens Road.
They offer two different opening times; one for lunchtime and the other for evening meals.
The lunchtime menu has less on offer but is cheaper compared to the evening meal which is nearly double the price per adult but alot more variety for the three courses of meals they have.
It is advisable to book for an evening meal if you want a specific time as this can get busy especially at weekends. Lunchtime though I have never booked a table I just turned up and got a table straigh away.
This is an excellent place to go for a cheap and very filling meal.

This is an excellent chinese eat all you want restaurant in Norwich. It’s situated at the top of St Stephens street and there is no problem if you’re travelling in by car as it’s situated within Queens Street car park.
You can dine at Lunch or Evening meals and the lunch time is cheaper although they do not have their full menus to choose from. For the amount that you and your family/​friends can eat the price is fantastic.
I have found though that if you don’t arrive shortly after opening you often have to sit and wait as it’s packed. I have always phoned and prebooked a table though in the evenings to guarantee I won’t be waiting around for a long time.
The resturant itself is fairly large and it’s décor is nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. Their food is top though, i would recommend to all.
