I love the Co-​Op and shop there a lot. However while doing a leisurely shop there last week and stopping to chat with a friend in the coffee shop landed me a £90 fine as I was 2 hours, 10 minutes in the carpark. I didn’t know they timed their customers! It makes me wary of shopping there now, and I think I’ll go somewhere with a more generous car park!

It’s just had a revamp! Much brighter and open. Much better. I like the Co-​op and the quiet way they just get on with things while trying to keep a modicum of ethical values. We should support it more — forget M&S down the road?
