A very good picture framers in Peverell in Plymouth (across the road from the traffic lights at the top of Peverell Park Road). Up a steep flight of stairs (so may be difficult for some). A great range of frames and mounts to choose from. The work is done very professionally (I have had several pictures framed here) and at reasonable prices too. It’s a great place to find a gift as well as there are many pictures, paintings and old art prints for sale.
