This pub is OK for a quick pint or 2 but nothing exceptional-it’s a traditional setting and the toilets are a bit of a walk up some stairs. The pub offers real ales and the usual selection of lager etc It can be quite good on a summers evening if you can get a table outside on the covered terrace area where you can enjoy a beer under shelter but outside away from the main street-it can get busy outside however at times.

Great pub right in the heart of the Preston City Centre. The staff are nice, friendly & dressed smart, the service is very good and the pub has a nice range of beers. I love the part of the pub, where you can sit in a covered seating area thus making my experience very good on a nice summers day. The toilets are awkward to get to as you have to go up a steep flight of stairs to get to them, but overall a very good pub to visit!
