Pretty classic greasy spoon, with rock bottom prices and a super friendly guy behind the counter who’d always ask me how I was doing. He’d also help the occasional green card busker out, so good karma to him. Great place to catch Kew gardeners on break or skiving. Sausage, bacon, egg, half and half chips and beans. Eaten with a little tomato ketchup and brown sauce. And tea. Kew’s gone fairly upscale with crazy high prices, but if you sneak round the back of the station, the Pagoda will feed you for a couple quid.
