Had a super evening at the butchery class event held in the shop. Had the opportunity to practice meat cutting and leaning about all the different cuts of beef. We then sampled our beef from our own cut which was some of the best roast beef I have had and the roast potatoes from the grocery store were also as tasty and very well cooked. They are so passionate about their product and service and it come through in everything they do. And the place is spotless which is always a must
