mm loved this place was really in the mood for a Chinese after a boring training day again
spring rolls were really nice and the crispy duck was lovely and there was loads of it
great staff and no spray tans

Been going there on and off since 1987, good service, fantastic food and a good atmosphere, had lots of birthdays, anniversaries and company do’s there, spent thousands over the years and never had a bad meal. Some say it’s not cheap and it’s not, but it’s worth paying a little extra for excellent food and service. If you can’t afford it Don’t go! And I shouldn’t worry about the first review. Vegetarian!!! Unfortunately, I would disagree with the first review.
The restaurant, from the outside, does not look like the average Chinese restaurant and, likewise, inside the wooden beamed low ceiling is totally non-​oriental.
On entering there was a very friendly welcoming and we sat in the bar and had a drink while ordering. Being called to the table the waitress took our drinks for us. Just a nice touch. The food was beyond my expectations with plenty of choice. If you are hungry, then I would recommend the set menus. Otherwise, go for your own choices.
A very nice restaurant, very friendly. We will be back
