Not tried this place as when I phoned to ask if they did gluten free pasta or pizza he laughed at me and said if I wanted to bring my own pasta they could add a sauce. I don’t think so. Especially when there is a Zaza restaurant opposite who do gluten free pasta as well as a Pizza Express 5 minutes walk away who do gluten free Pizza. Don’t like their attitude.

Do not believe where this restaurant is. It is NOWHERE near SOUTH RUISLIP but is in RUISLIP HIGH STREET & only a short bus ride or a 6 minute walk along the High St from the station. St Martins car park very near by. MY rating is for the person who wrote this description of where Metro Piazza is — not the food. Get your act together.

This is a small Italian restaurant with a modern, but genuinely Italian ambiance. The food is very reasonably priced and is excellent, my favourites are the Chef’s Salmon (with a prawn and cream sauce), the Fettucine Carbonara and the Rissotto con Pollo e Funghi. They often have special offers on, such as Two for One during the week, so its well worth checking out.

Very reasonable for a lunchtime meal, a couple of recent visits have confirmed our initial impressions of this friendly Italian/​pizza place (which isn’t in South Ruislip, despite what Qype says, it’s on Ruislip High Street).
The starter sharing platter is delicious, almost a meal in itself but you miss out on the two for one starter offer if you have it!
Good mixture of other dishes besides pizza and pasta, plus Portuguese beer on draft :-)
