would not recommend going to this shop the owner is extremely rude. I last wrote a review which she didnt like when I came into the shop to give her a 2nd chance she started arguing with me about my review. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and it looks like I was right! I have spent thousands of pounds in her shop and to treat any customer that way is a huge loss to her. She was very unkept and dishevelled and had extremely bad breath not professional on any level. She is obviously very out of touch in the jewellery trade as she seemed to think my Tiffanys watch was for dress use only. I will never go there again and neither will my family. No wonder Amy left. I would recommend C.S.Bedford extremely professional and cheaper!
