I have used this salon for many years, and still pop by whenever i’m in Birmingham.
The staff are really friendly, and if you visit more than once you tend to be assigned to a particular stylist who knows your hair type and style and tends to recommend things personal to you.
It can be quite difficult to get a booking, they’re very popular, so I recommend booking in advance (maybe two weeks), but often if you call up on a weekday morning particularly (or eve sometimes a Saturday) they can squeeze you in for a basic cut and blow dry, often even a colour! Though it can be a little pricey if the more advanced stylists are the only ones available.
Price is based on the experience of your stylist, and it is a little pricey, but I definitely think it’s worth it– it’s a safe bet both in terms of looking after your hair AND making it look good. I’d definitely say it’s more of an adult salon, they do children’s and men’s hair too, but the price means it’s more suited to a teenage/​older crowd.
Really friendly staff with a stylish polished feel. They endeavour to give you whatever you want, whilst retaining the right to make subtle recommendations if it could be damaging to your hair.
Great salon, with a constant selection of drinks and a whole bunch of extra services– perfect for bridal or hen party packages or just a spa day with your friends– including massage chairs whilst you’re getting a shampoo!
