It was a pleasure to go shopping in New Look. It now has a very good menswear section that has good looking and quality clothes. The store is large with a good layout (menswear just through the doors) with plenty of changing rooms and tills. All in all, a good shopping experience

I really like New Look and i worked here back when i was 16 when it was in the high street.
Since that point the quality and price is much better.
What i like about New Look in general is that you can get everything you want in one shop. Clothes, shoes, underwear and accessories and now they have mens and baby clothes it has everything. The range is also casual all the way to formal and party wear.
What i like about this particular New Look is that it is huge, clean and always has lots of stock. The staff on the whole are really friendly and will help you locate stock.
Sizing is quite good and now they have a larger Inspire range it is even better.

Great new store that has women/​teens, kids and men all in one. Better quality than Primark and a huge show section. I find the layout a bit hectic thought as it is very busy and lots of sales sections spring up with messy rails. However nice changing rooms and a good selection of clothes that are very reasonably priced. I like the sleepwear section and the bags and scalfs too. Go with a girlfriend as no one has that much time to see everything! It is downstairs in West Quay so not directly in the best place but still nice big bright shop with a lot to look at.

Great store with a wide range of fashionable clothing at affordable prices. They have recently moved to new premises within West Quay and now have lots more space. They have everything for everyone from kids, women, men and larger women. Everything from going out clothes, to work clothes to lounging clothes. The only thing I dont like about the store is how bright it is in there, I often leave there with a headache!

Massive store in New Look. There is loads of clothes to choose from, however the areas of the clothings isn’t labelled very well and so it is confusing to find a specific item that you want. The staff seem friendly and their is lots accessories to choose from too. The presentation of the shop is very good and sometimes you can find a good bargain in there too!

Huge store — far better than the old one — and everything is now on one floor. Is well laid out with shoes at the back, and younger childrens clothes in a seperate section. The clothes themselves are fairly nice and very fashionable — not always sure about the quality though.
It seems to be mainly aimed at teenagers and children although there is plenty there for the older woman, but have to be prepared to look. I love their shoes which I find really comfortable, and very reasonably priced — as well as being fashionable. The only thing that bugs me is that I keep being asked at the till whether I want a loyalty card — if I wanted one, I’d ask!

if you’re feeling a bit more flush than a primark spree, come visit! i thought the old new look in west quay was good, but this is another prospect!
ok so it’s downstairs, but then so is Zara, so kill two birds with one stone. what a shopping experience for the fashion devotee!
fantastic shoe selection including a section devoted to wider fitting. loads of jeans in all shapes and sizes.
great and tempting layout — don’t go in unless you wanna buy something!
