A smaller version of Best Buy here in Staines, this is where I ended up getting the power converter for my laptop. The staff was nice. The selection wasnt huge but for me it didnt need to be. The one of 3 converters they had served my computer. I was quite pleased that the person helping me allowed me to try to converter on my computer under his supervision. We tested it and it was a perfect match. Voila! Add on the ability to purchase my Vodafone pay as you go internet dongle and I was one happy girl.
Id suggest that they do some sort of service sign in list or something because customers end up hunting down associates for assistance while they are already trying desperately to help 2 – 3 others. So, getting service on certain days like the wknds might be an issue.
Otherwise, these guys were great!
