When I heard that some Glasgow restaurants were using meat from here. It made perfect sense. I used to travel to Aberfoyle on a regular basis and without fail I would drop in here.
Great people behind the counter. Wonderful meats. Great Sandwiches.
What I loved is that they always had something new in for the season. Lamb Burgers for the summer grill, Oxtail for winter hotpot or a nice cracked pepper roast for a weekend dinner. Always one step above.
If you are driving by — drop in. Grab a sandwich if nothing else.
