Stayed at Swan’s Nest Hotel for 2 nights while seeing the birthplace of Shakespeare and taking in the Royal Shakespeare Company’s performance of Hamlet The hotel was undergoing renovations while we were there but nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay. Rooms were quiet, beds were comfy, water pressure was good & the bathrooms had their own heat which was nice. Fire alarms went off both nights we were there — due to the construction(made for an interesting evening but no fault of the hotel) Staff was super-friendly & helped us get maps of the town, recommended spots of interest, and secured taxis. Breakfast is not included in your visit & they charge outrageous prices for simple cereal & croissants so my advice would be to venture out & experience the local restaurants instead
