PerfectGlasses

Terrible still waiting for my glasses a month later. No reply to email yet either. I ordered another pair from goggles4u and they came after a week and were cheaper so some internet glasses sellers are good!

If I could give this company zero stars I would have. I too was subject to the ‘you have a complex prescription & need to pay us more’ rip-​off. I am certain they try this on with everyone, and am also certain that nearly everyone pays the extra. My glasses were supposed to be made to the same prescription as my current specs, but they are unwearable, absolutely nothing like my existing ones. I have returned them for ‘checking’ but am certain that no actual checking will be carried out, & will be returned to me in the same unwearable state.
I have since gone to my local optician, and paid for a proper pair of glasses, definately worth the extra.

The optician who tested my sight wanted £144.00 for replacement lenses to my old frame, so I looked on-​line and ordered a pair of spectacles for computer use from ‘Perfect Glasses’. I know that I have a complex prescription so it was no surprise that, after paying £18.00, I was asked for an extra £20.00.
Then I read the reviews and feared the worst !
Most of the on-​line spec providers are based abroad, so I delved and found 2 companies that were truly British, one said that they could not supply and the other quoted £80.00 for the lenses and £39.00 for the frame.
This morning, one month after ordering, the specs arrived from ‘Perfect Glasses’ and they are perfect, I cannot fault them and am wearing them as I type this.
So you pay your money and take your chance, I will certainly buy from them again.
