Bedgbury National Pinetum is a forestry commission site that is a great place to visit all year round. There is loads to do there including nature hikes, cycle tracks around the forest and there is even a Go Ape there which is lots of fun.
There is a visitors centre where you can hire every type of bike from a childs bike to a tandum. You can also hire a adult bike with a small child one attached so all the family can ride together.
There is a café where you can purchase drinks, sandwiches and ice creams but I felt they were a bit expensive. Perhaps better to take a picnic!
