Terrible service from start to finish. I don’t have time to waste elaborating because if you are thinking of eating here it is likely that it is because you are staying at the Crown Plaza Heathrow… so you will likely eat here anyway… just lower your expectations… REEEAAAAaaaal low.

K I’m not finished eating but big Nono nanana. Great staff, very pleasant and eager to please and décor fresh spicy and clean. Almost had me at hello. Nice cold cocktail check Appetizer: spicy a bit too much but check. Chicken Tandoori is grilled or roasted not boiled then spiced fail :(tasted like spicy chicken salad. Front side very good the chef fails, maybe next time. Came back and edited great desert added 1 star more. I have to say the manager was monitoring Unilocal and took the chicken off my bill, that’s impressive so I will return for another try I like that kind of attention to detail.

This restaurant is inside the Heathrow Crowne Plaza hotel. We arrived at 7pm on a Friday evening. The restaurant was busy but not full. However we still had to wait for a table. Once seated the waitress offered us the buffet for £18 per head or the à la carte menu. Our kids didn’t want the buffet, so we enquires about kids meals. We were told«kids eat free». Another waitress then appeared to take our order. She said kids buffet is £8 per head. That’s not free! I asked if we could have buffet for the adults and pay for two small kids meals. My request was flatly refused. The original waitress then returned — I asked the same question, she politely said she wasn’t sure — she’d check. She came back and said we could have two adult buffet and they’d do the kids meals for free. We felt very rushed by the original waitress who was quite rude and abrupt with us. The food itself was very nice. The kids unfortunately had to wait nearly 50 minutes for their food. That’s just unacceptable. We had to remind the staff constantly that we needed glasses, cutlery, napkins, etc. Even once the bill arrived, I had to wait 25 minutes to actually pay! I waited to speak to the manager to complain about the dreadful service, but after waiting 15 minutes, I gave up. I did complain at reception. They kindly offered 5000IHG bonus miles. Around an hour later, the restaurant manager and the very lovely waitress(not the surly one) knocked on my door and delivered a bottle of wine with a handwritten apology. A nice gesture, decent service recovery, but a little too late. Again, the food here is excellent. Don’t visit at peak times, however.

I was here for dinner a few days ago. It was me along with a couple of vegetarians. We ordered a sampler of veggie appetizers along with masala dosa. The appetizers were good and so were the dosas. However, they could use some help to make their chutney a bit authentic(spicy). FOr the main course, we ordered a couple of veg dishes and a lamb dish with some naans. I liked the food but found the meat a little tough. We skipped dessert. This place is not open for lunch on a weekday. I’d go back here and try some other dishes.

The food we good, I try to go to Indian restaurants when in London, because they cater to vegetarian. The service was good, however I was the only customer in the restaurant this evening(Monday night @ 10pm). The only issue I had with my service was they did not have a straw for my mango lassi drink.

This is a very nice place in a city with tons of Indian restaurants. The kababs were excellent, and so was the vegetarian appetizer platter. The staff were excellent, and were happy to make changes to the dishes, per request. The kids wanted something different and they made it. Shows that they actually cook the food as fresh as restaurants do, and the flavors were subtle.

Great Indian place near Swiss Cottage. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is nice and the service is attentive. The only downside is it is a little pricey — they charge extra for rice(3.50). I am willing to forgive given the tasty food and the nice presentation.

Very good(but not as good or fancy as Atma up the road) Indian food, and a bit unique. Not your average curry.

Food — below average to okay Service — Friendly but very unattentive Ambience — not bad but nothing special Price — Overpriced for quantity and quality Overall disappointing. I have been meaning to go for ages and when I did eventually go, I was disappointed by the poor service, average food and prices that were not reflective of the dishes. Positive — soft drinks were priced reasonably!

I was torn between 3 and 4 stars, as this is a 7⁄10 restaurant. the food here is good, but it is very pricey for an Indian restaurant. Regardless it is worth foing for the fresh corrianger nan bread(simply delcious). The curries were pretty good too. I’d recommend trying this place. It isn’t excellent, but it’s the best Indian I tried in NW6(and I lived there for a year).

Go visit — one of the best Indian restaurants in North West London. Some excellent dishes that you won’t find anywhere else. Location lets it down a bit(on a very busy road), but otherwise fantastic.

Probably the best Indian food in North London. Home style cooking, nice surroundings(not pretentious) and attentive staff. It’s a shame they stop selling their amazing gram flour curry — the is the only place in London i’d managed to find it so far.

In my experience Eriki is one of the best Indian restaurants in London. Or at least it certainly stands out as exceptional comparing to a row of worse than average eateries in that segment of Finchley Road. The stylish modern interior design and large windows overlooking the street make this place appear attractive to a passer by. What really sets this place apart from other excellent Indian restaurants, however, is that much their cuisine is suitable to any person’s taste as the focus is mostly on the overall quality of the ingredients and their skillful preparation rather than just the spices. The sauces are great too though, if you want that kind of a meal. They offer a complete variety of top quality Indian food; however, the particular emphasis is on Tandoori dishes. The scallops for starters and king prawn or any of the varieties of chicken for the mains were particularly good choices in my experience. The Tandoori Sampler is also a great option allowing to try the whole range of prawn, lamb and chicken Tandoori specialties. I can’t disagree more with the previous reviewer in regard to the service as it was great every time I’ve been there. Very attentive and expedient, regardless of whether it was a busy Saturday night or a weekday evening. Overall quiet outstanding. I would highly recommend this place for some brilliant Indian dining.

One of the best indian restaurants around north west london, not your typical indian though. This one is with some interesting fusion dishes that work, prices OK(not cheap) but service good. Worth a try and you will want to go back for more. More for special occasion that mid/week quick dinner.
