Best Chinese restaurant in Wimbledon! It’s a little off the high street but it does great lunch time meal deals at great value and they also serve halal chicken. Lunch times is the best time to sit inside their restaurant as your guaranteed a table and you get great service here. The only reason why it’s 4 rather than 5 star is how busy it is in the evenings and when you order a takeaway, I ended up waiting an hour for my food and a didn’t get any freebies for the wait! I haven’t ordered a takeaway since then but I’m always happy to come at lunch!

Hands down best Chinese food in South west London. The restaurant itself is very clean and the staff are friendly. However, if you feel like staying in they deliver and the food is always hot upon arrival. My favourite dish is the salt and chili tofu very flavourful and has a lovely chili kick to it. The menu has plenty of classic dishes including pancakes, spring rolls, crispy duck and cashew chicken. And if you are partial to a glass of wine with your meal McChina serves a variety of wines. Overall I would recommend McChina to anyone who wants a delicious Chinese meal.

Och aye da noo! Where’s the haggis and tartan? Oh it’s a Chinese restaurant! Fortunately, despite the name, this isn’t some strange misguided attempt at Scottish/Chinese fusion cuisine or a Chinese burger takeaway. McChina is a solid Chinese restaurant. They have all the usual British Anglo-Canto favourites. However, I’m a bit sneaky and sometimes get them to cook me some Malaysian dishes off menu like mixed seafood hor fun Malaysian style. They’re happy to oblige if they know the dish. I usually take away but the restaurant and bar look nice. Sadly their Morden branch closed last year and I now need to collect from here as they no longer deliver as far as Morden.
