I wish I had read these reviews prior. Trust me… Don’t do it! My item was/is lost. The owner was constantly defensive and annoyed if I asked to resolve. Part of the paper work was also missing. It’s interesting reading the other reviews that the same issues are being repeated. Lost items, lost paper work and abusive management. I was yelled at and belittled. All my past experiences had been good but it did make me think. If customers can be treated like this. Imagine what the staff go through. One of the worst experiences of my life. I’ll be Unilocaling in future to find good reviews of other outlets. Don’t put yourself through the pain.

«That’s the place where the lady gives me a lollypop.» This is a ringing endorsement from the mouth of my son. This joint is pretty great for adults, too. They offer quick turnarounds on dry cleaning and everything comes back looking great. Plus they have never lost a piece of my clothing, although losing my receipt caused a few issues and a long delay in finding my clothing as they use a paper ledger to record transactions. The service is friendly, prompt and reliable, and though it’s not the cheapest place in the world, prices aren’t too unreasonable. It’s conveniently located next to the video store and, yes, if you take your small child with you, they will totally score a lollypop if they are well behaved.

When it comes to a laundromat, service is either yay or nay. If we’re talking about Solitaire Dry Cleaners in Bicton, they definitely get a thumbs up from me. It’s a perfectly adequate dry cleaning service and super easy to get to, and there’s always parking right out the front. They claim to be able to dry clean your clothes like swift and agile samurais before 11.30am if you have them in before 10, but it really just depends on how busy they are. I’ve had pants taken up here for $ 25 and a coat dry cleaned for $ 20, and I’m happy to say I have no complaints. Both items came back in perfect condition, I was charged the price I was quoted when I dropped my items off, and nobody got hurt in the process. Service is fairly standard for a busy laundromat, but what were you expecting, a hug and a lolly pop for your patronage?
