Very prompt for take aways. Most of the time. They have never missed any items in our take away order. Dine in service is a bit slow though.

Hans in Joondalup offers great food at very reasonable prices. There is usually a great atmosphere during busy periods on the weekend nights but otherwise it is generally very quiet. I think the location tends to limit the level of patronage it experiences as the food, service and prices can’t be faulted. Well worth trying if you enjoy Asian food.

Hans Cafes can be found nearly everywhere in Perth. I agree with my fellow Unilocaler, for some reason the Joondalup Hans has a different vibe to the rest of their restaurants. The décor is the standard for Han’s Café, the menu exactly the same, with great prices, the food is about the same. So I am not sure what it is. This place never seems particularly busy, the staff seem to be very casual.

I don’t mind Han’s Café. I have been to just about everyone one of their locations. But there is something different at the Joondalup Café. I haven’t yet been able to put my finger on exactly what is is yet. The décor is the same. The menu is the same. The food tastes the same. No matter what time or day that I have been here it is never really busy. The staff are pleasant enough. I think that there is a distinct lack of personality or atmosphere at this place. Everyone seems to talk in hushed tones, like at a funeral. You know exactly what you are going to get when you go to a Han’s Café. The food is cheap and consistently good, but not brilliant.
