Went for the Unami burger, and I really enjoyed it. All the ingredients seemed fresh, and I loved the combination of the mushrooms and the sauce. The portion was absolutely wholesome — in the end, I left out the buns to focus on the meat. Hence, a really difficult decision between 3 vs 4 stars, but I’m rounding down as I must admit it fell short of my Five Guys or Shake Shack experience. Service was overall good. The waitresses were prompt and gentle, although the restaurant got pretty busy toward the end. Ambience was so-so — felt more like a mum-and-pop shop than a gourmet place. They could have tried a bit harder to give it a bit more of a personality. Overall, a solid burger experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone who’s in the vicinity and needing a burger fix!

Although I am taking the prices on the menu into account for this review, here is a disclaimer: for round two of the Unilocal Burger Club’s quest to find the best one in town, we were treated to the food and only paid for the drinks on our own. I haven’t been to so many burger places in Copenhagen, so it’s no surprise that it was my first time at Haché. Our group of 11 was very ‘cozily’ squeezed together at a row made of several of the narrow tables. We are all friends here, but these tables are so small. Most of us ordered what we were informed were the bestsellers; Umami and Bacon & Cheeseburger(100 dkk each). There were even a couple people who wanted to try both, and the kitchen happily obliged by splitting them. I went with the Bacon Cheeseburger, which I think will be a good yardstick(if you use such an outdated measuring device.) in our rating. Bread: average. Bacon: crispy! and just the right amount of it. Patty: nicely cooked at medium and a little underseasoned on its own but perfect with the bacon. Other: thinly sliced red onions added a nice subtle bite and the lettuce was chopped coarsely. Good! Of course I also asked for a fried egg which was sadly fried a little too hard so the yolk wasn’t runny. And again with the cucumbers! I’ve found out that it is a Danish phenomenon and I am just not used to it. I understand the usage of pickles to cut through the fat but these are just lightly salted cucumbers and they only succeed in sogging up the bun. I ended up picking them out and I will be sure to request them to be left out the next time I order a burger in Denmark. Other than that it was a very nice classic cheeseburger. The food came out very quickly after we got the fries and onion rings(35 dkk each). The fries were fine and I strangely didn’t taste any onion in the onion rings. Both were hot, crispy, and fried properly. We received an assortment of mayonnaise dips to try and I have to say that my favourites were miso, truffle, and garlic. I had high hopes for the smoked chili dip but it was a little too subtle for me. It was fun to try but I won’t order these next time because I prefer ketchup with my fries. They would be great in the burger though. Lucky for me, there was a bottle of ketchup on the table. It looks like a tomato; cute with the ceramic burger salt shaker. As for drinks, I went with the Caliente(45 dkk), which is a pomegranate, cranberry, and chili based non-alcoholic drink. It is not very spicy but you can feel some prickliness in your mouth after each sip! Very refreshing. I’m happy to say that the service was very good. It was easy to get the servers’ attention and they were consistently smiley and polite. Good food, good service, good times.

Got the Unami burger. Really delicious with a lot of flavors, homemade bun and some special sauce. The fries wasn’t that exciting but the burger was on of the best that I’ve tried in CPH

Affordable, halfway-gourmet burgers, plus the best veggie burger in Copenhagen: The Zucchini Burger. Haché isn’t that different from the other Copenhagen burgers places you’re probably already familiar with: you choose the burger, the bun, the side, the sauce, and the price is about 100 – 120 kr. Haché is slightly cheaper than Halifax, but also slightly less fancy. I got the zuchinni burger — the best vegetarian burger I have had — arguebly better than a meat burger. That experience sets Haché apart from all the burgerjoints in my book, but because the service, décor, and vibe is still lacking(it’s not that bad — but it ain’t great either) — I’m not ready to give up Halifax and Tommy’s Burger Joint as my favorites just yet.

What a great burger! It was huge and perfectly cooked. I would def. go back. The only downside was the burger wasn’t super hot and the side orders came halfway through the meal.

I love burgers, and I’m constantly looking for a great burger experience in Copenhagen. And after trying Haché for the first time the other day, I have to say it’s right up there with the likes of Halifax(which by the way I am a huge fan of). Their menu is more traditional, and you’ll find all the classics like a BBQ Burger, Chili Burger or Bacon & Cheese. The meat-to-bun-to-rest of stuff ration was perfect for my taste, and I thought the smoky barbecue sauce harmonized really well with the fresh and spicy salsa on the BBQ Burger. The fries are exactly as they should be, crispy and delicious, and the chili mayo had just the right amount of spiciness. I also tried a bite of their signature deep-fried Mars bar, but that didn’t really live up to expectations(although I wasn’t really sure what I expected…). Not convinced, but the general necessity of deep-frying chocolate bars can also be discussed. All in all, I really enjoyed the food and will definitely be coming back!

This is my neighborhood burger place… it has found a soft spot in my heart. I have eaten here several times, and they have a great combination of great burgers, nice staff, yummy onion rings, and the choice of having truffle mayo served on the side which just makes me so happy! My favorite burger is the Umami burger, but also give a look to the«burger of the month». It is another great option that is usually creative and seasonal. Not to mention, they have an awesome lunch special of any burger plus fries or onion rings for only 85 kr. You can’t beat it! So grab a friend and go there… if for no other reason, to try the truffle mayo :)

This is an excellent burger bar. They offer many options as far as burgers, including meat and veggie burgers. I had the chili burger and they were able to put the really hot stuff on the side for me. The fries were great with lots of differnet types of dipping sauce. The servings were much bigger then I thought they would be, especially for the price. The resturant itself is alittle sparse but it makes up for it with the friendly service. I will definitely visit again and recommend to friends.

First time I was there, I really felt like I had finally found the best burger in town, but last time I was there, they had changed the bun, guacamole didn’t come with any of the burgers and they had change the ‘Werthers’ caramels to a cheaper brand. Still a good burger though.

Gourmet only in name. Not a bad burger, just nothing spectacular. And the service was average(by Copenhagen standards). For example it took the server 15 minutes to get around to charging my credit card and the restaurant was almost empty at that stage. This place is no different from the other standard burger places in Copenhagen.
