Excellent bistronomique fare at a decent price. A definitely plus that the menu changes often, providing customers a wide variety of different fusion options to choose from and makes each dining experience a new one. In term of food quality, the chef and his staff definitely seem to know their way around a kitchen and how to properly treat the ingredients to maximize flavor. For dinner I had a filet of sea bass with razor shell clams, tiny pieces of duck filet, bacon, and a cheese tuile over a bed of lentils and new potatoes in a delicious yet light white wine sauce. It was everything I could’ve hoped for on a first try– the flavored were extremely balanced and paired nicely together. I enjoyed it more and more with every bite. For dessert I sprung for a chocolate lava cake with a bit of fresh whipped cream that was to-die-for. Would definitely recommend it to friends!
