This is our second time staying here and we loved it even more. The rooms are spacious and well cared for. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The bar downstairs makes amazing drinks and has a fun bar staff. This is our new home away from home. This is our go to whenever we visit Paris again.

I was impressed by the website and my initial opinion upon arrival was of a unique interior and a friendly staff! The rooms are extremely small, even by Paris standards. There are no drawers in the rooms, so don’t plan on completely unpacking. There is no coffee maker in the room which we have always had in any hotel, even in Paris. One morning we did order coffee and the 2-«shots» of coffee were barely warm and was 9 euros. There’s also no iron or ironing board in the room but they’ll be happy to press your clothes for a hefty price. The room was clean with nice materials used in the bathroom but the room’s carpet was totally stained! The topper was that we decided to have a beer in the lobby bar after dinner one night and a RAT ran from the circular bar in the middle of the room to the wall and back to the bar. We mentioned it to the bartender who replied, «They’re everywhere in Paris, Madame.» Yikes! Interestingly, we have never encountered a rat elsewhere in Paris(although I have heard they are plentiful). Just not in a hotel I am staying in! We secured new accomodations the next day. As a side note to this: I posted the same review on TripAdvisor and the general manager, Greg Behn, responded by saying, «I have not so far found the details of your stay. It is a real shame that serious comments and accusations like yours are made anonymously with the only purpose of damaging the image of our hotel.» Obviously he doesn’t get the concept of Review Sites, nor does he state that anything will change. Just take care of your rats, Sir.

I stay here often when I travel to Paris. Decent size rooms, clean and free wifi. I dont use many of services but breakfast is a nice buffer and it really quick to check in/out. Location is great and steps fro the Opera house and Galleries Lafayette.

A unique location, close to galeries lafayette, close to a number of metro stations, one of my top 5 hotels in Paris. Great rooms(no desk tho), huge bathroom, nice bar and dining areas, and helpful international staff. I’ll surely come back.

Superb services and gorgeous hotel! Location was centralized to everything. Each room had different themes. The only downfall is that I had to take the metro to local areas since La Fayette shopping area is always flooded with tourists. I am not materialistic at all so didn’t care for shopping there. I spent most of my time visiting local areas where local French people live. Booked the hotel there cause my husband was around the area for work. Otherwise, I would probably have chosen to stay at a diff location. I have stayed at many hotels in Paris, this was one of the top ones for sure.

«I’m sleeping in the bathroom!» That’s what my friend had to say when we checked in and saw the bathroom. It was that big. He’s a size queen apparently. I emailed the hotel a few weeks before arriving that I wanted a room with a view of Sacré-Coeur. Instead, when we got to the front desk, I was informed that they’re holding two rooms for us so that we can decide which one we prefer, one with the view or one with big windows. Bet you haven’t been to a hotel that does this for you. To further make you jealous, see the picture of the hotel with the 3 oval windows on the topmost floor? Yes, that’s the room. And any hotel that offers free WiFi or internet access deserves no less than 4 stars! Kudos to Juan with the front desk, and the bellhop team, and to housekeeping for changing our linens daily.
