Café Le Petit Cluny

I had Mussels & fries. They were good. It is in a great location by our hotel in the French quarter.

Love Petit Cluny for a relaxing café and croissant while skyping with home or just people-​watching. A great location – grab a seat outside if you can, there are plenty of tables in the front and the back. The food is ok, but nothing too spectacular. But the desserts, croissants and the espresso/​coffee are quite nice.

I had the fish with rice and a nice salad. Nice light flavor fish with it cooked in a white wine sauce.
I also had Leffe blond beer which I always like.
We had good service
Chocolate mousse was ok, good whipped cream, more like pudding that is not as firm as I like it. The flavor was OK
Others in our party of 7 all seemed happy also.

Please don’t get discouraged by my three stars… I am comparing them to the other restaurants I’ve been to while in Paris… They would be a 6 stars in the US!!!
Staff is AMAZING, they speak several languages, are super friendly and knowledgeable about the food they are selling/​serving.
I had the salmon crêpe. The filling was delicious and generous. An lemon infused smoked salmon. Super, super delicious and felt fresh. The crêpe itself had some type of lower that gave it a sandy texture to some of the bites. Nothing major that would compromise the overall amazing taste.
I also had a vin chaud, which was perfect!!! I like my vin chaud more towards the dry wine side, and this one was honestly perfect!
Price was fair for what we got and the location.

Not a good place for Food, I had a croque monsieur and it was not good at all and washed it down with a 5 euro Stella Artois (happy hour cost). The service was inattentive, the waiter did speak English. Not coming back .
No es un buen restaurant para comer, el croque monsieurque ordene no fue nada bueno. Y el servicio es lento y no muy atentos. No volveré.

Maybe I will stop again for a coffee or a quick drink, but I wouldn’t stop here again for any kind of dinner or lunch…

Ce soir, chérie, c’est «Le Petit Cluny» ! Oh oui !!
Ici, on est au coeur du quartier St. Michel. C’est bourré de touristes, mais ça reste quand même sympathique.
Par contre, c’est bruyant, y’à la télé avec BFM qui hurle, le service est assez anonyme, et le café (encore !) infect !
Pas envie d’y revenir…

Un lieu bien sympathique

Service correct sans plus.
Bonne cuisine, rien d’exceptionnel, cadre sympa et chaleureux. Bière chère (plus de 4 € les 25 cl et plus de 7 € les 50 cl).

Cher, pas particulièrement bon, accueil déplorable, comme malheureusement trop souvent à Paris. Pour les touristes.
