Charming and knowledgeable owner who is happy to explain how each ham is prepared and what makes it special. The little shop is jam-​packed with yummy goodness. I loved the ham smoked and packed in hay. Though, everything we bought there for our Paris piqué-​nique was delicious.

I stopped in here with a «Paris by Mouth» tour. My husband and his friend said their prosciutto (the virgin lady pig one) was the best they have ever had. My husband said this was the best thing that he had in Paris. Definitely do not miss this place!

Excellent boucherie in the Marais. It’s a tiny shop located next to the bustling market Les Enfants Rouges. Admittedly I am not a big meat eater, but their «snowball» is LIFE CHANGING. It’s a small piece of cured pork infused with truffles and coated in parmesan cheese. RUN, do not walk, to this shop to try it. While it’s not cheap, it’s incredibly unique and delicious!
Added plus is that the shop owners are absolutely adorable.
