Staying for a week in Paris can be exciting and at the same time adventurous to try new things, this bakery was situated very close to the vacation rental we had and was superb ! Went there every day in the morning and tried the baguette, croissant and almond croissant. Though everything is superb I loved the almond croissant ! Have searched to find a good place in states but most use bitter almond which spoils it for me. This was regular almond and was excellent, the flakiness of the plain croissant was phenomenal. I tried some more of their products but nothing beat the almond croissant which was superb ! I’ll miss it after…

Je remercie le type qui a décidé de venir installer sa boulangerie en bas de chez moi (à défaut de croire en quelqu’un)!
Ernest et Valentin, c’est THE boulangerie du quartier. Prise Dassault en semaine, le matin le soir et les week-​end, c’est que les viennoiseries sont victimes de leurs succès. Né venez plus chercher des croissants un samedi après 11h: il n’y en aura déjà plus.
Les produits sont frais, gourmands, les boulangères toujours souriantes et agréables. Les sandwich sont loin d’être ces pains caoutchouteux dans lesquels se battent deux tranches de tomate et une feuille de salade.
Les gâteaux sont tous frais et faits maison, une mention spéciale pour celui au citron et l’autre à la noisette.
les cookies sont tout simplement à tomber, les croissants dits «au beurre» sont bels et bien au beurre, les baguettes partent comme des petits pains (ahah vous noterez l’humour du lundi matin).
Bref, si vous passer dans le quartier, n’hésitez surtout pas à faire un détour pour venir y prendre votre goûter!

Best bread and pastry in Paris. Not like all those crêpe makers that have the factory looking sandwiches and pastries.
You see them baking through a storefront building. Yum, come to Merry Land.

Amazing chicken baguette sandwich. Chicken is flavorful and melts in your mouth. Baguette is perfectly fresh, soft and chewy on the inside.
