My husband and I walked by this restaurant and noticed that it was filled with patrons all enjoying hot pot(fondue) and decided to give this place a try. They have menus only in Chinese and French. With some help from the friendly waiter we were able to order and we really enjoyed our meal. The soup broth and sauces were authentic Sichuan Chinese style and there’s a lot of ingredients to choose from. This was a good place for us to get some of the Asian food I was craving. The spicy soup is really spicy. I recommend the sesame paste to go with it.

La Chinese Food Week 2015 a fait découvrir la Fondue Sichuanaise traditionnelle chez Fondue 9(Fondue 168). On s’est régalé ! Un bouillon pimenté comme au Sichuan, des ingrédients frais et une sauce dip délicieuse à base de pâte de piment et pâte de sésame.
