The service sucks. Do not stay here. I ordered towels and they refused to provide them to me. The room smells stall and like it hasn’t been open in years.

This is a super reasonable and very clean hotel. We booked a small room with a queen bed and a twin bed, and while the room is tiny, it’s very clean and perfect for travelers. The bathroom is spacious-enough and also very clean. Our room had a window that opened up to a street where, on one night, someone was walking by playing their trumpet and it was MAGICAL. Truly a lovely little neighborhood, close to the metro, and only one block away from a major road with lots of restaurants, bakeries and such.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel this past week on our trip to Paris. We stayed a total of 3 days/2nights and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Check-in was a disaster. they gave us our room key and when we open the door to our room… it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests stay. We went back down to the lobby and waited for about an hour while they found someone to clean and give us a different room. The concierge thought he was doing us a favor by upgrading our room from a shower to a full bath for the inconvenience but we were already super disenchanted by this point. Finally we get to our room and we were ready for a nap as we were exhausted from our travels and needed some rest. As I pull back the sheets to get into bed… the sheets had coffee stains on them. This took another 20 mins to get one of the cleaning ladies to come and change the sheets. Mornings were a nightmare! Apparently they gave us a room that was right above major construction going on starting at 8am every morning, like clockwork. Drilling and hammering galore. We had no other choice but to wake up and start our day because we obviously weren’t going to get any sleep. On the second morning of our stay the fire alarm started blaring. We peeked out of our door in worry. Some guests were grabbing their belongings and heading down the stairs so we followed suit. No one at the front desk bothered to inform any of the guests of what was going on. When asked, they just brushed it off and smiled as if to say this happens quite often. Breakfast was also a disappointment. Croissants & bread. That was it. Not even worth waking up early for. The only reason why I give this two stars is because it’s in a great location. Close to everything that is needed… especially subways. Other than that… blah.

Good value. Close to two subway stations. 45 minute walk to L’opera. Room is really small but clean showers. Easy check in. Not in the busiest neighborhood. Need to walk around a bit for food options at night but walking distance to Chez Janou and Café Beizh.

My family and I stayed here for four days and it was pretty awesome. It might have been because the hotel we stayed at in London was so crappy I thought this place was like a palace. HAHAHAHA We changed our reservations from a three person room to a four person room and they were very accommodating about it and immediately changed it to a four person room. However because they were doing renovations they had to split us up on the fourth night into two rooms but no extra charge. Ended up staying in both a renovated room and a non renovated room. But even the non renovated room was still pretty awesome. It was big, it was clean. The only thing that bothered me most about this place, it didn’t have shower curtains for when you go to shower the water is everywhere! and the floors are all wet. They also have a courtesy Ipad for people to use in the lobby for about 5 minutes when someone is waiting to use it too. They charge about 5 euros for internet access for i think like three days or something so if you don’t want to pay you can use this. The staff is pretty nice. They are pretty used to tourists asking for directions so when I asked the guy at the front desk how to get to the Eiffel Tower he immediately pointed out on my map where the hotel was located and how to get there via walking, taxi, and metro. he even told me which was the best way to ride the metro to get there!

Kostenpflichtiges WLAN in allen Etagen.
