Hotel Comfort Inn Mouffetard

I wasn’t even in Paris for an hour and I am already annoyed with it. My expectations are true! The hotel from the airport was far, close to an hour with traffic. Upon my arrival I checked in for my 2 twin bed room and tell me why I got a only one bed smaller the traditional American size full when I booked a 2 twin bed room 6 MONTHS ago, since we are two people traveling. I requested my booked 2 twin bed but I got nothing. I left enraged, furious and irritated at the fact that I have to share a really small bed when I originally booked two twins and the fact they haven’t done anything to accommodate my request. not even an extra cot bed was offered. Wish I could give this hotel –5 stars for its shitty customer service.
Je né étais même à Paris pour une heure et je suis déjà ennuyé avec elle. Mes attentes sont vraies! L’hôtel de l’aéroport était loin, près d’une heure avec le trafic. Dès mon arrivée je suis arrivé pour mon 2 twin chambre et me dire pourquoi je suis un seul lit plus petite de la taille américaine traditionnelle pleine quand je réservé une chambre 2 lits jumeaux il ya 6 mois, puisque nous sommes deux personnes voyageant. Je priai mon lit double réservé 2 mais je suis rien. Je suis parti en colère, furieux et irrité par le fait que je dois partager un très petit lit lorsque nous avions initialement réservé deux lits jumeaux et le fait qu’ils ont rien fait pour satisfaire ma demande. même pas un lit de bébé supplémentaire a été offert. Si seulement je pouvais donner cet hôtel –5 étoiles pour son service à la clientèle de merde

This place was not easy to get to from the airport because we hopped on the airport train to transfer at. chatalet station… walk 8 minutes to transfer to the 7 train, pink line, and then thank god once you get off at Place Monge, the hotel is only 1 block AWAY!!! Took us about 1.5 hrs to get there altogether.
The front desk guy originally gave us a room on the 1^st floor, so I asked for a higher room, at which he seemed annoyed at my request. Anyways I ended up with a room on the 4^th floor, and upon entering the room, I was glad to see it was organized. Luckily I was there during the winter time, and would not need the AC that others have complained about. I did see the infamous fan that the hotel provides for people in the summer time. There was also a heater on the wall, but even on max of 10, I was still cold. The bathroom was also cold no matter how high or how long I leave the heat on for.
The mattress… HATE HATE HATE! I also sleep in the middle of the mattress, and this was two twin size mattresses pushed together. I kept falling in between the mattresses, and worse yet, the bottom piece are 2 separate pieces so I literally almost fell to the bottom. Sadly my husband and I squished ourselves onto one twin size mattress. Well, that’s just me, everyone else is probably normal lol.
Upon leaving the hotel, they request that you leave your room key with them at the front desk. I was super not comfortable with this, because when I came back, it was a different guy and I just told him my room number and he gave me that card without verifying my identity. Good Lord! What if it was a random person coming in and asking for a random room number?
Breakfast was included in our package, but usually it is worth 12 euros. This was the saddest hotel breakfast I have ever had. They have your usual coffee, orange juice, apple juice, yogurts, cookies, croissants, but the only meat you will ever feast your eyes on is HAM. Damnit!!! All I ate was god damn HAM for 3 mornings straight! How was this worth 12 euros? It was probably only worth max 5 euros. If I had to pay for breakfast, I would have slapped myself. I was so unsatisfied I went a few blocks down to get some chinese food for brunch.
No free wifi guys! You have to pay 5 euros for 2 days of internet etc. BOO
Also I saw a sign outside that said 145 euros per night… You’ve gotta be kidding me.
2 stars are for train proximity & easy to get to tourist attractions, 10 min walk to notre dame, organized room, and variety of surrounding food establishments.

Keine wirkliche Schönheit, aber direkt an der Ausgehmeile Rue Mouffetard gelegen mit bezahlbaren Preisen. Da kann man nix sagen. Metro ist etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Confortable mais un peu cher
Cet hôtel est vraiment situé en plein coeur d’un quartier animé puisqu’il est rue mouffetard, au niveau de la perpendiculaire qui rejoint la Place Monge (rue du Pot de Fer pour ceux qui connaissent). Malgré l’animation du quartier on y est tranquille, les chambres sont confortables et le petit-​déjeûner est bon. L’accueil est très sympathique et serviable. Par contre on paye le quartier, les chambres sont un peu chères… C’est cependant un bon «pied à terre» et surtout recommandé si vous comptez rentrer tard car la rue né craint pas du tout et reste assez fréquentée jusque minuit-​une heure du matin…

Super
Un charmant hôtel tout près du Panthéon, une ambiance très familiale. A la réception vous trouverez un sourire très sincère d’Elisabeth. Le petit déjeuner est bien garni et surtout les baguettes et croissants sont d’une haute qualité.
