Hôtel Timhotel Opéra-Madeleine

Wir haben das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für lange Paris-​Erkundungen genutzt. Dafür eignet es sich wegen seiner Lage sehr gut! Das Frühstück war überschaubar. Die Rezeption ist kompetent besetzt. die Zimmer waren nur mittelgut. Gleichzeitig fanden im Hotel Bauarbeiten statt.
Wer es zentral mag und sein Hotel nur zum Übernachten benutzt, ist hier gut aufgehoben!

They didn’t want to give me the room I booked over 4 months ago until I argued with them. Then the room was magically available??? Room was microscopic. Over the 5 days, they cleaned once… The staff said I refused service but that was a LIE. I actually had to take the garbage down to the front desk myself otherwise it would end up piled up on the patio. The times we asked for toilet tissue and towels, I got scolded about the towels. we were 2 girls with long hair and they wanted us to use the same 2 tiny towels the whole time. One of them men in the breakfast room did not want to warm up the oatmeal so them that was a huge ordeal and he got irritated and was slamming things around. The toilet never flushed. They had to call a plumber on day 3 when it got so bad. Location was ok but bums were sleeping out side the front door. I would never stay there again unless it was paid to. We left the hotel early and went back to London to await our flight back to the US. When I was sent a questionnaire by the manager, This is basically what I sent her. She did not believe me and thinks that I am making this up. WHY would I do that? I have a busy life. BUT if you ASK how my stay was, I will be honest about it. I will be honest and say that there were 2 staff members that were very nice. I didn’t catch their names though.

rapport qualité prix = tres bien
*emplacement ideal, metro, bus, tout a proximité. a pied. jusqu’au tuileries. la promenade vaut le detour (via bd des capucines)
*service tres bien sauf qu’il est impossible de rentrer en chambre avant 16H et du coup cela peut faire louper une journee car la bagagerie et petite et vite surchargee
*insonorisation parfaite
*literie parfaite
*propreté ok
*petit dej (arriver tot!) mais. sans surprise
je delaisse a jamais les hotels de la place de l’etoiles pour ce quartier
les prestations n’ont rien a voir et l’accueil est plus que correct
