Prix relativement hauts, comme on peut s’y attendre pour un hôtel corporate. Les chambres sont effectivement très petites, mais cela est très certainement dû à la localisation de l’hôtel. D’un autre côté, on s’attend à dormir dans un hôtel donc on peut se passer d’une chambre d’une grande taille.
Ça devient un peu plus sport lorsque l’on veut faire un peu de repassage par contre. Là, c’est moins amusant. Déjà il n’y a pas un nombre excessif de tables à repasser et j’ai dû demander à plusieurs reprises avant d’en avoir une. Ensuite, il n’est pas forcement facile de placer cette dernière. De plus, je n’ai pas réussi à utiliser la douche sans éclabousser devant, en effet, le design est sympa, mais pas très ergonomique.
Le petit-​déjeuner était inclus dans ma formule et plutôt bon mais c’est difficile de parler de rapport qualité prix.
À la marge, leur offre «planter un arbre» lorsque nous né changeons pas les serviettes, né veut rien dire. En effet, ils changent systématiquement les serviettes où que vous les posiez, c’est dommage… Un jour les savons ont tous été retirés de ma chambre sans être remplacé, ce n’est pas vraiment ce à quoi je m’attends non plus dans ce genre d’établissement.

Incredible small rooms for a very expensive (160EUR per room) hotel. I just booked this hotel because of marketing for parking space at the hotel. When I came there, the people from receprion said «parking space is outside, along the street». Incredible and shame less… sure never again!

If you’re a shopaholic in Paris, this hotel has a great location, a short walk from the Gare Saint Lazare and just next to the Grands Magasins. It’s so central that it’s ideal for both the shopaholic and the pedestrian explorer you can walk almost anywhere in Paris from here.
The hotel itself has a small lobby and one of those breakfast rooms that’s just a tad too small for the number of people trying to muscle their way to the buffet. If you manage to get a breakfast-​included rate, it’s definitely worthwhile, although personally I’d prefer to get out and about in search of a more Parisian breakfast experience for fewer Euros, and there are plenty of authentic terrace cafés nearby.
The rooms are quite small, but that’s to be expected when you get a room in the middle of town. Everything has been freshly painted and is well-​maintained and on one trip the Mercure people had decided to offer all mini-​bar soft drinks for free during our stay. It’s little touches like that which are constant surprises at hotels in the Accor Group, to which the Mercure chain belongs, and it definitely helps to maintain our loyalty.
The rates here are pretty competitive, too; one current package includes both breakfast and free WiFi access for around £130.00 per double room per night. That’s pretty good value for pricey Paris.
Joining the Accor Group ‘A Club’ scheme will soon find you with points to spend on hotel nights and free welcome drinks on arrival. It’s amazing how quickly those points add up!
