Had an absolutely perfect stay here! The staff were really nice and attentive. Great location very close to the Eiffel Tower. My daughter slept with the little bear they gave her at check in for the rest of our travels around Europe. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Had a lovely stay at the boutique Hotel la Bourbonnais to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do while in France. It’s located on a rather quiet street, however still very accessible to many of the attractions such as, the Eiffel Tower. The metro Eccole Militaire is very conveniently located right around the corner. There is also a small local grocery right next door, also an ATM right Around the corner. There are tons of local cafes and excellent bakeries and restaurants too! The entire hotel, to include our room was very clean and nicely maintained. The rooms have a hair drier, wine cork screw, mini bar, and chilled glasses. The front desk were fluent in English and were always happy to help with booking hop on/off tour, recommendations, and even our silly questions. We arranged transportation to and from the airport through the hotel. We’d absolutely book and stay here again! Thank you for giving us such great memories of our time in France!

We stayed at a charming hotel about two years ago to return to a different hotel with new management. They upgraded the rooms but the bathroom got smaller. The walls are still pretty thin. The wait staff in the morning are wonderful. I couldn’t speak very kindly for the front desk. They seem to be very unorganized. The maids do a decent job but you have to ask them to change your sheets or they will leave them the same until you check out. I found this out when my nose bled and the Same spot was there after a few days. They do have free soda, orange juice, and soda water. The beer and other snacks are a charge. They do have Hermes shampoo and lotion which is a upgrade from the past. The quaint hotel is not the same as I remembered. But I guess things change when management forgets about their clients. I would give this a better rating but the hotel is not as we experienced a couple years ago.

I stayed there with my girlfriend and it’s o.k. The staff was friendly and spoke o.k. English. The location is great since me and my girl walk, like 10 min, to the E tower and had picnic drinking some nice wine in Champ the Mars. Every hour, for about 3 minutes or so they make it sparkle. It was neat while drinking wine and eating some cheese. Then stumble back to the hotel in a jiffy. The hotel is clean but for the price is o.k. Remember Paris is more expensive than Tokyo. I know, I been there too, so 3 stars is agreeable…

We ended up paying $ 264/night at this hotel but on the plus side, you can request a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The room we got was 1 bedroom, 2 queen size bed with a sort of living room area upon entry. It was spacious for a european boutique hotel. Although, the elevator was slow and tiny, which is the norm in Europe. It was also walking distance to Champ de Mars, Eiffel Tower and Hotel des Invaledes. There’s a grocery store a block away from the hotel for those picnic nights while staring at the Eiffel Tower light show(9pm-12am). The metro is right by the grocery store near the Ecole Militare. Laundromat is a block away on the left hand side if you’re facing the hotel.

We spent 8 days here, I would gladly do it again without hesitation. The place is not a big box chain, there is personality and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location — location — location: this place is a short walk from Rue Cler, the metro, and of course the Eiffel Tower. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable. It’s not a 3000 sq ft home, it’s a Parisian Hotel, so don’t expect a study off of your second bedroom. We had a balcony that you could get to if you stepped over the radiator, a view of the tower and neighborhood and just a feeling like you weren’t just a visitor, you were«in» Paris, part of the neighborhood. Stay here, walk to Rue Cler and get some cheese, a baguette, a bottle of wine and a pastry, then walk to the Eiffel Tower… Park it in the grass and enjoy your meal, watching the tower shine in the evening sky.

I am an America tourist who has stayed at boutique hotels in the States. The building was about what I expected. Old, and a bit worn down with some updates. It could use a bit of cleaning. The service at the front desk is very helpful in getting you what you need. The best part is the location. Twenty minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and surrounded by a residential neighborhood with shops and dining. You feel really safe walking in the neighborhood. The price is also reasonable for what you get. The breakfast buffet is a bit overpriced, but you get a reduced rate if you have a family. Overall, would recommend.

Clean hotel, very friendly staff, and breakfast is good. The hotel has Lourve tickets for 14 euros(in case you don’t want to buy a museum pass), and the breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, ham/bacon, baguette with brie cheese and butter. Drinks include of coffee with milk, juices, tea, and water. The room we stayed in had the view of the eiffel tower, and had two beds with a spacious bathroom. Staff answers questions well and Carrefour market is a block away which is convenient.
