First thing — make a reservation! We got super lucky and walked in to find a large party had not shown up, otherwise there was no chance we would have gotten a table. Went here our last night in Paris; me, wife and two teen-age kids. Food wise, definitely our absolute favorite meal of our week long trip. We live in New York City and have been to a lot of good restaurants — and this ranks right up there with some of the best. I was very impressed with the food and the service. Host was super nice dealing with us as walk-ins and provided exceptional service throughout the meal(he was our waiter as well, the place is small). I had duck two ways and both ways were very good. Not too fatty, lots of flavor and perfect juiciness. Both kids had lamb, which I tasted and loved. Location is super conveniant as its only a block from Place de Vosges. We were able to walk(long, but doable) from the apartment we were staying in close to Les Halles.

Je me suis régalée.

Such a beautiful restaurant, fairly new and so tastefully decorated for a smaller French restaurant. We liked it so much we ate there twice. The foie gras is simply amazing. I ordered the 7 hour lamb, my younger daughter asked for a bite and I never saw it again, I instead ate her delicious steak. I ordered my own on the second visit. The duck is also amazing. Christopher runs the front of the restaurant and his amazing and speaks several languages perfectly. The kitchen staff are visible and really enjoy preparing amazing dishes for you. Do not miss an opportunity to dine here, you will love it… and the deserts and wines, oh my–
