What an amazing lunch we had. My husband and I were in Paris with another couple. We went to the flea market and from there, walked to Montmarte. It was crowed with tourists, a beautiful day and we were hungry! We chose Le Cenis because they had a free table. The food was fantastic! We chose the menu where you get a starter, entrée and dessert. We shared two bottles of white wine, good food and friendly service! I highly recommend.

A day after eating at this restaurant — sunny day, pleasant outdoor seating, great location, good food — my girlfriend had fraudulent activity all over her cards. We thought something was odd when the waiter brought out a receipt, tried one of her cards, a resultant receipt said he attempted 10euros less than the rate, then saw her debit and told her that would work. Was walking around with the machine, went back, put it on its stand, then walked back with another receipt with the original amount. Tall, skinny waiter with a faint moustache and gelled hair. Both her cards were taken for a ride. I would avoid, and if I’m the owner or manager of this restaurant, I would take a serious look at your staff.

Great location, great vibe, food above average. Did have a small issue with the cooking temp of the meat, but def would go again. Right in the middle of everything in the area, was a pleasant find.

Mauvais accueil, serveur blasé… Prix exorbitant, et cerise sur le gâteau, jeux de cartes interdit. De plus, discrimination au niveau des pailles…

I searched Unilocal to specifically write a review of this place because it’s the restaurant I always recommend to friends visiting Paris. I ate here in June of 2010, and so to write this review, I am breaking out my travel journal to give Unilocal an accurate impression. Came upon this delightful restaurant while wandering the Sacre-Coeur. After meeting a charming French chocolatier in the area, my boyfriend and I were in the mood for food. The waiter could detect our American-ness and approached us with an English menu. We were convinced and chose a table outside. It was the type of summer night when no one eats inside. As more diners came, it seemed like everyone knew each other and pretty soon a group of 8 drunken French people we sitting next to us having a pretty good evening. The waiters would sit down and hangout with them every once in awhile. Isn’t that exactly the type of experience you want to have in Paris? The food was incredible. I ordered roasted duck seasoned with rosemary. The sides included zucchini, mashed potatoes, and the BEST carrots I have ever had in my life. Seriously, who ever though carrots could be so delicious? They were marinated with the duck juices and a honey-sweet sauce/gravy and then cooked to perfection(not crunchy but not mushy). My boyfriend had a sirloin steak with pepper sauce, which had a perfect crispy exterior. He also agreed that the carrots were the best we’ve ever had. Also had wine with dinner. Service was great, especially because the waiter who had recruited us was so nice. Ambiance was nice, especially as the outdoor seats filled up and we were really mixed into the crowd of non-tourists. This place is worth visiting when you’re in Paris. We got lost in time, enjoying a late, long dinner that we ended up missing the last metro train back to our hotel. But hey, that just made our night more of a Parisian adventure.

sehr schön gelegenes Café-Bistro, in dem man frisch gegrilltes Gemüse ebenso bekommt wie Fertig-Bruschetta. Café ist Pariser Durchschnitt. Sauber.
