not totally satisfied with the customer service, even though it is located right in front of tourists hub.

Our server was rude and sarcastic. We went as couple and sat in table of 4 people. Then he asked us to move to a table of 2 to leave the table for bigger group even though there was ample space.
Food was horrible. We ordered a cheese pizza and he got us a lump of bread with cheese on it. A bottle of water is 6 €

Meh, not all that great of a dining option despite it being a fantastic location. This place is something you’d only eat at for the experience and views… The food tends to be a bit underwhelming and bland to the taste. Had an omelette here and a couple of other things on more than one occasion and it all was well below average in taste. Pair the bad food with bad service and you have yourself a 1 star restaurant. When you mix the perfect location right in front of Notre Dame, you add a star or two but only because of the location. In my mind, I wouldn’t recommend eating here but I would recommend grabbing a beer and watching the hustle and bustle that takes place in front of Notre Dame, it’s quite interesting.

Un súper lugar que se encuentra cruzando la catedral de Notre dame! Que puede ser mejor que eso? Pues la deliciosa comida no se queda atrás! Un lugarcito súper especial para disfrutarlo con alguien súper especial! Recomiendo los escargots! Están tan buenos que tuve que pedir 2 veces el mismo platillo!!!

My 8 month pregnant japanese wife entered this bar searching for toilets. She ask very politely if she could use their toilets and the bar tender refused and told her to go to public toilets 200m farer. I personally NEVER saw such rude, uneducated and awful staff. Avoid this place. It’s a tourists trap with no charm at all. Mon épouse japonaise, enceinte de 8 mois, est entrée dans ce bar pour demander, extrêmement poliment, si elle pouvait utiliser leurs toilettes. Le garçon lui en a refuser catégoriquement l’accès et lui a demandé d’aller dans des toilettes publiques 200m plus loin. Je n’ai personnellement JAMAIS rencontré un tel manqué d’éducation et de respect d’autrui. Évitez cet endroit, c’est un piège a touristes sans aucun charme. Et par pitié, même si vous y pénétrez, né leur laissez surtout pas de pourboire.

Notre serveur était désagréable et distant. Comme vous pouvez le voir sur la photo que j’ai posté, notre croque-​madame de étaient complètement brûlés. Belle vue sur Notre-​Dame, mais je pense que nous avons eu la malchance avec le serveur.
Our waiter was rude and aloof. As you can see in the photo I posted, our croque madame’s were completely burnt. Nice view of the Notre Dame but I guess we had bad luck with the waiter.

Excellent location with a spectacular view. One server was just OK but they other was very nice. Ordered croque madams, they were good other than the fact that the bread was partially burned.

Try to go to a night concert in there, it’s an amazing experience.

Sip a cup of mediocre coffee with a view of the hustle and bustle by parvis Notre-​dame. Nothing special but the location.
The service was very quick, but the food wasn’t great. We just had crepes and coffee, and the coffee wasnt good, and the creeps were forgettable. While people watching I observed some other patrons not satisfied with their meal.
If your in a hurry to eat something, this may be the place, but if you want a good brasserie keep looking.

THE brasserie Parisienne par excellence !
Située face à Notre-​Dame et aux quais de Seine, ça donne déjà un cadre assez sympathique. A première vue, les serveurs ont des têtes de psychopathes qui n’ont pas dormi pendant deux semaines, certes. Mais ils se révèlent assez sympathiques quand vous devenez habitué.
La carte est assez simple et assez complète. Bien sûr, nous né sommest pas au Fouquet’s mais quand on va dans une brasserie, on né s’attend pas à manger du caviar. Plus sérieusement, leur pavé au poivre est délicieux et la viande est vraiment tendre: bref, c’est un régal !
Je vous conseille vraiment de vous y arrêter même si ce n’est que le temps d’un café !

I’ve only been here a couple of times for lunch, but found it quite nice with good service. Have only had an omelet (excellent!) and the poulet roti avec frites, but plan on going back to try something else. Lots of tourists, but so what? Great view!

I haven’t tried anything other than a chocolate croissant and their latte here. The espresso is either not strong enough or their shot is too small… and their croissant somehow tastes stale??? …but the service is exceptional – even though I was by myself! (Or maybe because I visited this place by myself). It’s definitely a tourist spot but who cares, it faces straight toward Notre Dame and it’s quite nice to watch passersby and listen to the church bell chime while sipping on a café au lait.

Cet hôtel fait aussi restaurant snack. C’est un de mes endroits préférés quand je «monte à la capitale». ;-) Ce n’est pas du grand luxe, les prix né sont pas excessifs, mais la vue sur la cathédrale Note Dame de Paris vaut le coup. On y mange bien: pièces de viande, grande salades, omelettes, snacks… J’adore y prendre une glacé, un café ou un plat et rester à regarder les touristes passer.

Après un récital en l’église Saint Julien Le Pauvre, je me suis retrouvée dans cette brasserie pour y grignoter un morceau.
Et là, en regardant la carte, je me dis: c’est bizarre, c’est vraiment pas cher vu la quartier ! Je prends un saumon à l’oseille accompagné de son riz et une bière en apéritif (une Record Spéciale, je né connaissais pas cette marque). La bière? Excellente, une vraie trouvaille. Le saumon? Avec des arrêtes, mais plutôt bon.
Côté accueil, les serveurs sont habillés à la parisienne, en costume noir, chemise blanche. Pas vraiment sympathiques, ni odieux. Corrects. Bref, l’atout de cette brasserie est qu’elle est bien située, que c’est pas cher. Mais ça n’a rien d’exceptionnel.
