A pricey place with modern and fancy design and lighting. Good and friendly service. Good place to get a drink and chat with friends. I didn’t enjoy their cocktails though.

This is without question the best restaurant I’ve ever been to in terms of everything. It’s situated right on the river with a pretty pedestrian bridge across the street from it. It’s very close to one of the bridges so after you dine all you have to do is walk across the street and you’re on one of the bridges that has a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. We had a full course meal and it cost about 100 euros. The ambiance was excellent the waiter was excellent the sea bass I had was excellent. It was just a wonderful dining experience. They have outdoor dining as well but I chose to dine indoors and had a nice corner seat. This is definitely a must eat at restaurant when you were visiting Paris. One of the things you should be aware of. The restaurant does not have a sign from the street. Do not walk up the big giant steps. Instead you will know when you are there because the restaurant is directly across the street from one of the bridges.

Big shout out to Brittany F, who recommended Monsieur Bleu to me before my Paris trip. We saved this restaurant for our final night in Paris and it was so worthy of that special occasion visit. We knew the restaurant was located at the Palais de Tokyo, but our driver dropped us off on the side street nearby, which had us a little confused on the restaurant’s whereabouts for a minute. Take the large staircase facing Avenue de New York and then the restaurant entrance will be on the left. We were shown to our table which had the most amazing view of the Eiffel Tower(which only got better as the skies darkened and the tower sparkled!). To start, glasses of Perrier-Jouët, of course! So many reviews mentioned the artichoke salad, and I couldn’t resist trying it myself. It was light and the perfect starter, with fresh artichoke and Parmesan shavings. My husband had shrimp dumplings, which were incredible. For my main, I went with the tataki tuna, which was excellent. Desserts were inventive and fun, and I highly recommend the lemon tart. The ambiance is super trendy and the DJ was spot on with his selections. I discovered some new music that night which I’ve been listening to since I got back from my trip. I would definitely return on a future visit and have already recommended it to friends.

A very stylish restaurant with really good food, not recommended for a casual dinner but definitely for a date or a special occasion. The«terrasse» has definitely one amazing view to the Eiffel Tower, the inside of the restaurant is modern yet minimalistic. Service was in point, the only critic I have toward Monsieur Bleu is the volume of the music that can be sometimes to loud to have a pleasant conversation even if the selection is exquisite.

Like many Unilocal reviewers, we came here on our last night in Paris. We went on the earlier side(7:30pm) so we could see the Eiffel Tower at sunset. We realized that we couldn’t see it where we were sitting but didn’t worry since you could have a clear view as soon as you cross the street and stand on the bridge. We wrapped up dinner just before the lights went on(around 8:45pm). Overall, the food was good but our favorite was the artichoke and Parmesan appetizer. One thing that bothered me was that there was no menu online. I figured that it was because they had seasonal dishes but many of the pictures posted over the past year were still on the menu. So you don’t have to wonder«what is this all about?», I am posting a picture of their menu. Enjoy!

Amazing lunch! Amazing view, wine and best of all was the selection of delicious foods! The menu at Monsieur Bleu is vast enough to keep anyone happy. The prix-fixe is affordable enough to keep anyone happy. The service is truly outstanding as we arrived for a late lunch and we took our time. Everything we ate, or saw being taken to other people’s tables, was exceptional and also French enough of a cuisine to make anyone happy. Even for those of us who are not so keen on typical french cuisine! ;) I can’t wait to come back!

I went here on my last night in Paris with my fiancé. We had our hotel concierge call and snag us a reservation last minute(I wouldn’t try and go here wo one.) First of all, the view of the Eiffel Tower is incredible from the restaurant, that alone is a great reason to go. We started with cocktails at the bar which were pretty decent. The food was great and they have a large wine list, we went with a great Bordeaux and really enjoyed it! This is a great restaurant for a nice dinner without totally breaking the bank. I heard many a celebrity sighting happens here often!

Juste parfait!

What an amazing place. The last night in Paris, so wife and I decided to have an enjoyable fine dining experience without breaking the bank. This is an absolute most go restaurant. Directly in front of the Palais de Tokyo with an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. Great outdoor seating during slightly warmer weather, but even a cool evening in Paris makes it cozy to seat and watch the Eiffel Tower. As soon as you walk in, the beauty of the restaurant and bar area with high ceilings take your breath away. So French! Get there early since the restaurant opens at 7pm for dinner and enjoy a nice glass of champagne or cocktail by the bar area. Sit back and watch the beautiful hostesses, waiters, and staff prepare for dinner service. Is it just me or do all the staff at the finest French restaurants all look like they just came out of Vogue magazine? The service was amazing. We were seated, in my opinion, the best table in the restaurant with a direct view of Eiffel Tower. The waiter, whom I completely forgot to ask for his name, was so friendly, attentive, and helpful. Made the experience that much better. We started with the Artichoke salad and what a good choice that was. Speechless! A must have. Wife had the Escargot and was The best she has ever had. I had the shrimp ravioli with spicy broth. Both dishes were so good. I ordered the filet mignon with pepper sauce which was one of the best steak I’ve had in Paris. Wife had the duck, which had the French flare with a bit of «Peking Duck» twist to it. She absolutely loved it. We both had desserts that were amazing. There is only so much words could describe this place. One must experience it. And the price was the other great part. Didn’t have to break the bank to have an amazing dinner experience with impeccable service. This is My must next time I’m in Paris.

Incredible! That’s all you need to know. While I did browse a few reviews about Monsieur Bleu, I really took a leap in picking this place for a very special birthday dinner. We arrived just before 7PM and the place was fairly empty. I requested a table with a view and thanks to our early dining time, we snagged the best seat in the house in the restaurant interior. While the patio has a view of the Eiffel Tower from just about every seat, the views are bit more obstructed inside. By 7:45, the place was quite packed. Once seating at our perfect table overlooking the sparkling Tour Eiffel, our friendly server greeted us. He was so polished with a perfectly fitted suit and excellent presentation skills. We had started with a couple glasses of Perrier-Jouët at the bar but we continued with a couple more glasses at our table. On the starters, we went with the Prosciutto plate which was a palate pleaser. On the entrees, I ordered the Filet Mignon and Chris ordered the Roasted Duck. The filet was cooked PERFECTLY and the flavor out of this world. The creamy pepper sauce was perfectly matched with it. The duck was a VERY close second place and left us with no disappointment. We were quite stuffed but managed to share the bitter chocolate cake which capped off our meal nicely. Monsieur Bleu is the ideal spot for a special occasion dinner in Paris. Everyone on staff was friendly and attentive. They entertained me by letting me to use my moderate, if imperfect, French skills. The food is out of this world and you can’t ask for a much better view. If you’re even considering this palce, do it!

This has got to be my Fav spot in all of Paris. We had a 10:30 reservation, showed up a few minutes late wasn’t a problem was kindly greeted at coat check. Metal detectors as well… the guy was quiet guess not very fun job lol. We had to wait at the bar for 10 minutes just enough time to have a drink while we were kindly greeted in English even tho we speak French & English. We had a seat upstairs in the VIP section cozzy ambiance with big comfy blue soft chairs. The waiter was fantastic I didn’t have to lift a finger was treated like a queen. After we were done we made it downstairs and they gave us a seat right beside the window so we could watch the Eiffle tower flash. All and all great amazing experience, minus the ladies bathroom I would Forsure come back.

Simply amazing. Half the restaurant inside gives you a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. The food was impeccable. We ordered an heirloom tomato salad, lamb chops, and desert. Everything was cooked to perfection and our waitress was extremely accommodating to our lack of French — to be honest, finding someone like that is extremely rare in Paris and I can’t speak for the entire wait staff. If you are going to Paris, be prepared to come across many people who are not willing or don’t know how to translate a menu. This is a MUST for those going to Paris or even locals. It didn’t feel touristy at all. I would say this was one of the finer restaurants we went to, so do wear a nice outfit! The prices were fair, especially for the quality of food.

We have wanted to come to this spot a few times while in Paris so we eventually made it. And it was worth it. Service was super attentive and the view of the river and the Eiffel Tower was another nice feature that enhanced the experience. The entrée was the octopus with diced tomatoes and garlic. It was a sizable portion and the tomatoes fresh and acidic to counter the octopus grilled taste bringing a flavorful combination at each bite. The garlic was strong but not overwhelming. Some vinegar was added and also brought the dish together even more. Plat was the suckling pig roasted and served skin-on with a dark brown wine reduction and a side of mashed potatoes. The pig was cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth. It was truly artistic: somehow the entire meal came together — despite the simplicity of presentation there was a grand taste in every bite with the reduction making the delicate pork even more flavorful drawing out the delicate taste with the richness of the wine and salt. The amazing thing is that the pork was so nicely cooked that there was little to no fat apart from the skin. Love it. A true Parisian culinary experience.

Romantic, classy, perfect. Food was very good. Service was very attentive and the sommelier was completely on point with the delicious Margaux we enjoyed. Having an after dinner drink on the deck with the extraordinary view of the Eiffel Tower is a must! Highly recommend for a romantic evening!

The location is absolutely amazing! We had make reservation for dinner. First we had the Santa Monica cocktail that was really good. I highly recommend it. Then we had dinner and I got the Steak Tartare that comes with a large bowl of fries. It was delicious and not too pricey to be honest. I was kind of surprised. I will come back for sure in summer time again :)

I had some friends visiting me from out of town and Monsieur Bleu was recommend to me. It was a wonderful recommendation! Laurent and his staff were great. Pretty much everyone was Multi-lingual which helped my out of towners. Music and ambiance were great, food and wine reasonably priced with a large selection. I will for sure be back! ***** scallops, Tataki Tuna, Filet, lamb are all strong choices!
