My four day stay in Paris consisted of two visits to Pizza Tina. I got both pizza and pasta and was thoroughly impressed. Prices aren’t bad, service is great, and the food is exquisite. I definitely recommend that anyone that visits Paris tries this great restaurant near the Eiffel Tower.

Good selection and nice restaurant. Food was mediocre and the service was bad. I also witnessed a waiter lie about service being included in the price.

(2014 Review) Stellar pizza and pasta, almost on par with some I have had in Italy. Prices are above fair and service was great. Needed a break from French food, and this was the perfect substitute for the night!

This review is for TAKEAWAY Pizza orders only. We did not have dinner in the restaurant(although it looked very large inside and filled with people). We wanted to have a picnic in the shadows of the Eiffel Tower but didn’t want to go get sandwiches so we decided to get pizza instead. We walked in around 9:30pm and asked if we could do takeaways — No problems, we ordered 2, one is ham and mushroom and the other vegetarian(mushroom and grilled eggplants — I think it was called Provencial). Both were made in front of our eyes, from the pizza dough being stretched out to putting on the toppings(it was very generously topped), and then put into the 375C oven and baked, then a few minutes later, it was taken out of the oven and handed to us in 2 pizza boxes for takeaway. We enjoyed the pizza just a few blocks away while both pizza were still warm. It was delicious. The crust was thin, crispy yet chewy, the toppings were nicely flavored, we ate it New York Style(folding it over), and there was barely any grease dripping off(unlike the NY style pizza that you get in NYC dripping of fat when you eat it that way). I know you don’t go to Paris to eat Pizza, but for a quick dinner take out, this proved to be a wonderful choice. Great thin crust pizza and I would order it again if I have a chance.

Great thin crust pizza. Not as good as in my native New York, but on a late Sunday night in Paris in March 2015, a most welcome find. Had the Margherita Pizza with an excellent green salad appetizer. Excellent service, and the owner is a wonderful Italian. Grazie molto!

Our second time here in as many days. Pizza and pasta are excellent. Service is great, even when they are busy, as they were tonight. Prices can’t be beat.

Friendly welcoming staff, beautiful italian décor, but the food doesn’t match the expectations. Maybe we caught them on a bad night, but here’s what we found: The grilled steak was so rare and dodgy my daughter struggled and couldn’t finish it. The penne carbonara was too dry, the ham(?) in it was hard. The only saving grace was the risotto shrimp I had, which was decent, not great. Ps. To Customers, I’d suggest you stick to ‘safe’ italian dishes and don’t experiment with steaks and fries — and don’t expect too much from the experience. Ps. To the people that run the place: figure out what you’re good at, remove the rest from your menu. Ps. To the pretty waitress with long ponytail — you forgot the ketchup my daughter wanted desperately, to drown the rough taste of her steak.

My wife and I had dinner here last night and it was delicious! I know, I know… Italian food while in France but it sounded good so we tried it. Very good Arrabiata and Lasagne. We also tried a very good Italian red wine… A Barbara…(sp?) Will definitely eat here again the next time we are in the area.

Pros: cheap, friendly Cons: pasta tasted like it came from box, chicken was tough, bad stomach ache the next day. Summary: For the same money you can get a great meal around the corner at Le Café du Marche. So do march down there instead!!! Okay, the stomach ache I had the next day might not have been from Pizza Tina, but that meal was the only one where my wife and I ate different things and she turned out fine. On the plus side, they were friendly, and didn’t charge for the glasses of house wine after we switched to a bottle of better stuff. But honestly it is the first time in my travels where the house wine in France or Italy wasn’t good. In this case it was undrinkable. You can order in English, French, Italian, or by pointing to the menu. I used 3 of those methods but got tough chicken hidden under a pile of overcooked spinach leaves instead of the linguine and scallops I wanted. I didn’t try the pizza, so maybe they can get something right, and I’m still giving 2 stars just for the smiles and pleasantness of the staff.

Buon appetito !

A delightful neighborhood restaurant that’s easy on the wallet. Pizza Tina is a quiet, family-run bistro that serves good Italian food. We had dinner here, and were treated very well by the staff — the service was unrushed and gracious. This is not a fancy place, and the prices reflect that. We started with an apéritif, enjoying the people watching from an outdoor table. The prosciutto and melon was the perfect combination of sweet and salty. The gnocchi had a wonderful mouth-feel and was served with a lovely tomato cream sauce. For dessert we had delicate chocolate confection. There was an endless supply of crusty bread. I recommend the house wine, as it’s good and much cheaper than ordering by the bottle. The prices are reasonable for this area of Paris(a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower), and the quality of the food makes this a good value.
