looked like a nice hotel with a good location. Our experience was certainly not what we hoped. We arrive to be told we only have one key for our room and it should be turned in any time that we leave. That sounds like a security issue to start. Our room was nice and of decent size for European hotels. The beds, were horrible. I might have slept on the floor. They were rock hard. Our room was quite warm so we knew to look for a hotel that had AC in the rooms. When it was in the 20s and 88% humidity this made the room very uncomfortable. After fiddling with the AC, we found out it was broken. The told us they would fix it in the morning. The AC was never fixed nor were we offered another room or a discount. Just a desk fan. As we were leaving the front desk clerk wanted to double charge us for the taxes and fees, that were clearly stated PAID in our booking confirmation. Had to argue with here and finally got her to call the booking agency to clear it up. Guess what we were right. I did not need to be treated like a thief. Definitely on my never stay here in Paris list.

Très bon hôtel. Belle chambre confortable avec vue sur l’arc de triomphe. Personnel à l’écoute et très sympathique.

I love this little place. It is very nice, especially in its price range. I treat hotel reviews a bit more like the traditional method of «fanciness = more stars,» which is the only reason this isn’t a five star hotel. It is not the Ritz or Le Meridien, but it is very elegant. You won’t find a nicer place at this price in this location. Breakfast is free, and although not what Americans are used to as far as quantity, it definitely serves its purpose and is a nice break from paying for every little thing. Think of it as a nice continental breakfast… that’s free. The rooms are clean and classy, showers actually work and are similar to what Americans are used to, which isn’t always a given in Europe. Not that you always want everything to be like home, but sometimes a nice clean shower makes you comfortable enough to enjoy the cultural differences that are enjoyable as opposed to the ones that might not be. Maybe that was a bit confusing, but the point is this, I love this hotel. The staff(especially the lady at the front desk whom I believe may be the owner) is very welcoming and friendly. You are close to L’Arc de Triomphe and Les Champs-Élysées, and a nice long walk past some of Paris’s most famous shops from Le Louvre. The next time I visit Paris, I will be staying here. I have recommended it to everyone that I can when the topic comes up. So, there you go, I just did it again. Don’t let my review go to waste, book it already…

This hotel is in prime location! Standing outside the hotel, or if you’re on the top floor, you are able to see the Arc De Triomphe! It is a beautiful view! The hotel entrance has a bell you need to ring, which creates great security and I especially loved it. It made me feel safe. The right side is a fire place a few couches for lounging and the left side is the check in desk. They also have a computer and printer for your use to make print your tickets to wherever you are going. They have a lot of tourist information and if you need extra help, the front desk staff are excellent! They are so helpful in booking shows for us to the Moulin Rouge and showing us with Metro Line to take. As long as you have a copy of the Metro from the front desk, you can get around Paris no problem. The girls are so sweet at the front desk. At night, there is a guy there and he seems nice also. The rooms are tiny, but that’s all you really need. A desk with a chair, a solo chair, a dresser, a bed, and a nice clean toilet. I am very satisfied with this hotel and I will definitely stay here again if I’m in Paris. We also had their daily breakfast which includes pastries, croissants, eggs, salami, cheeses, juices, capp maker, cereal, fruits, etc. It is small but they do refill the food every so often. The food was good and I love the croissants! It’s about 14 – 16 euros a person. The elevator will fit only two adults with two luggages but we always used the stairs going up and down from level 1. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Five stars.

Very clean hotel, with nice rooms and a view of the Arc from our room 303. Wooden floors, so slightly noisy if someone has heels walking upstairs. Good location — downhill from the Arc De Triomphe and on the same street where you can catch the Air France airport bus to/from CDG or Orly airport. Bathroom is spotless and there is a mini refrig and hot pot in the room to make tea or instant coffee.

Mir jedenfalls.
