A terrific find in the heart of the wine country. This is a small six room hotel that gives you the feeling of being at home away from home. The proprietor, Suzanne, a transplanted Canadian, is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet that she sets up in the kitchen is full of delicious items from organic juices and smoothies to cold cuts, cheeses, breads, jams, fresh fruit, coffee, teas and you name it. If you are finished with the book you took to read during your trip you can exchange it with a book from her extensive collection. I was offered a book even though I had none to exchange. This is a don’t miss stop close to all you will want to see.

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. Suzanne is a gracious host who is terrific at recommending places to visit, and local restaurants to try out. The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. We will definitely be back to spend more time in this area. It is beautiful. Oh yes the breakfasts are fabulous!
