I recently decided to switch pharmacies which was not a good idea. It makes me think of the saying«Don’t fix if it’s not broke», which I played back in my head while listening, in a daze, to the pharmacist as she told me the bad news. I was in the other day trying to refill a prescription I take regularly when I was told they were unable to refill it because they had lost the hard copy of my prescription. I can’t imagine it’s easy, not have I ever worked at a pharmacy, but one of your jobs is to hold on to your patients prescriptions… not lose them. Although I was inconvenienced because I had to make my way back twice for the same prescription, the service is always friendly and the pharmacist was apologetic.
