Like the other big chains… the chat up was great. coffee exciting… love began and then the disappointment. You are not who I thought you were. Why do I still come here. Kop on. You are slow and the wrong side of clean (understaffed) and you don’t care about quality anymore (underpaid). Good news for the boutique coffee shops. Big chains are throwing away any links they had with me, maybe you to?

I was frozen cold and I wanted a hot drink to warm up.
Mocha was the drink of choice and also a bar of dark choc.
Her: «Would you like cream with that?»
Me: «Yes please»
At the till I realised that I had paid .50 for the cream! I would like to be told if I am about to pay extra for something. The Mocha was 3.80 which I thought a little high by .80.
Costa Coffee? More like Costa alot Coffee.

Ì have a lot of happies towartds this place. Was sitting here with my friends one day. and while we were having a chat, one of the people came up to us and offered us some free muffins since they were going to throw them out otherwise and it was the end of the day…
.why thankyou mr muffin man… that was very very nice!
