Cool bar right outside of where my friend lives. They have a lot of different things on tap including some local beers. There are about three separate rooms all connected in a row so it feels like your in a much smaller place than you really are which I thought was a good thing. There is even an outside in the back. If I lived in this neighborhood, I would be a regular.

An excellent addition to Cork’s pub scene. The Vicarstown used to be a decent old-​man pub when I was in college, but it’s moved away from that following a renovation last year. It’s now more of a relaxed, casual, hipster haven. Good enough selection of beer, and there’s an excellent smoking area in the back. Good music, friendly service and a handy location too. What more could you ask for?
