Never knew this place existed but glad I got to try it out. Service is a bit slow so if your looking for a quick bite, then your in the wrong place. 2 courses for 13.50 with a glass of wine or Guinness, amazing. I didn’t go for it myself and ended up spending nearly 30 quid but rather that and get something I like. I got the deep fried dumplings. Omg, hello and where have ye been. Gorgeous! Main was pork topped with tomato and cheese. So low in fat lol. Went down a treat. Tucked away off the main street, it needs some good reviews.

As most reviews are saying — «GOODRUSSIANFOOD». The staff is also very freindly and the place itself is quite nice. It is litterally like being on a boat, the bathroom mirrors even opens the same way a window would do on a ship(+1 for interior detail). We had a team sport event there with 40+ guest and they even supplied a singer as part of the menu. While having cocktails and listening the voice of the singer, they brought in a barrage of food. Little did we know that this was only the starter, so come the main dish none was in the state of having dessert. Great place, great value for money and good food. Well worth your hard earned money!

Good Russian food in Ireland! Came here with some colleagues, one of whom is Russian and recommends it, so I guess that’s a good vouch for authenticity. Large plates of meat that are reasonably priced. There was a buy one get one free kebab special going on which would have been a ton of food if we got extra.

Trying Russian food might not be the first idea that comes to mind when you visit Dublin but think twice. This is by far the best Russian restaurant I’ve been to! Put it on your list when planning your trip. The theme of the restaurant is «sea», but don’t expect sea food only. As the Russian cuisine is meat-heavy you can order salmon, lamb, steak, chicken, pork, duck, and even rabbit. If you go for the BBQ-style the meat comes on a skewer. I especially love the sides: herring, potatoes, dumplings(pelmini/vareniki), or Russian pancakes with red caviar. Have a craving for shrimp, chicken wings, or lobster? You got it. The food quality is great and you definitely get something for your money. Service is friendly and fast. One some evenings they have a live singer which can make conversation hard but just go on with your Vodka. Speaking of which: Remember if you arrive with more than 2 people its impolite not to offer a Vodka shot to everyone. But don’t worry. Admiral’s bar is prepared for this kinda tradition, obviously.

It is my favorite restaurant in Ireland. Nice interior design in cruise liner style, friendly staff that speak Lithuanian, Russian and of course English. The food is yummy like Cepelinai and other Eastern European food. Average prices. If you visit Ireland and want to try Eastern European food it is a must to visit place.

Been here a few times now and each time makes me more impressed than the last about how much effort actually goes into making of the food. It’s traditional Russian and they really do try to make it as traditional as possible. I have gotten a range of different things from here and the one thing I will say is no matter what kind of meat you get, be it chicken, beef or pork, it just melts in your mouth. It’s cooked to perfection. The wait time for the food is not the quickest but there is other things like live music to keep you occupied. It’s rather difficult to find this place empty during the evening so I would definitely book in advance!

I went here with a bunch of my colleagues for a Russian theme night out and we had an amazing time. Should I ever have another theme out with a different group I would not hesitate to go here again. The music was Russian and the guy singing on stage was as Russian as you can find them. We had made a deal with them, to get a three course meal with vodka. There was way too much food, so I felt a little bad about all the food that would get wasted, but the food was amazing and was traditional. I am Danish so the foods are not that different, so it was like a little piece of home. With all the vodka that we got served I am not shy to say that a couple of people did fall asleep by the table during the many hours of eating and drinking. For the rest of us we continued the party across the street. An unforgettable night at this place and they even do Karaōke on Thursdays. The décor of the place is what you would imagine from the name, it is a sea décor with ships wheels and nets and fake fish and much more. A fun and not to serious décor that makes you feel like you stepped into another universe. The service was fast, but not too fast, it was polite and they did not fuss too much about the big group and the noise level that we obviously did not make better. All in all I had a great time here and I would recommend going here for either a Russian feel or as a group to have fun.
