A really small store in one of the alleys of temple bar. It is easy to miss but definitely shouldn’t. Their pastas are freshly handmade everyday and you get to select from a variety of sauces and your own toppings. It costs about an average of € 7 – 8 per portion and it is a very hearty portion too. He took about 3 – 4 bunches of pasta per serving. Downside is there is only 1 person mending the whole stall from cooking to cleaning to cutting the ingredients to collecting money. It can get really busy during peak hours(lunch times) and it can take pretty long before you get your pasta. But it is good to see that they cook and cut the ingredient freshly in front of you.

My friend and I went to this pasta bar couple weeks ago. They are open 7 days a week and close till late hours. I ordered the pesto pasta and I was asked if I wanted short or long pasta. I said long pasta which was the tagliatelle. The pasta they used were fresh and it impressed me. They cooked it al dente which is the way I like how my pasta is cooked. The food was delicious and affordable. The portions were quite generous as well. The only thing I found difficult was the small space. There is seating inside the pasta bar but it could only seat 5 – 6 people. It could get crowded during busy hours too. For photos and the full review, visit my blog post about this place here:

We found this little hole in the wall and are so very glad we did! We shared a tagliettle with carbonara-molto buonissimo! They made it before our eyes with fresh made pasta. They even indulged in my Italian practice :) You could take it away or eat in the teensy two counter area, but whatever you do, just try it!
